Business Terms & Conditions

1. All prices quoted within the territory of Malaysia are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only. The prices quoted are valid for 30 days ONLY from date of quotation, however maybe subject to change without prior notice or notification.

2. All prices quoted are based on per user or per license basis.

3. All business transactions are on Prepaid or CASH terms only, unless and until credit terms and facilities have been established.

4. All cheque(s) payment MUST be made out to CREATITUDE DESIGN.

5. Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed DO NOT include consulting services, training services, deployment, installation, implementation or other services related charges.

6. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery upon CREATITUDE DESIGN formal confirmation of receipt and acceptance of Purchase Order (PO).

7. Delivery is also subject to final confirmation by CREATITUDE DESIGN and good credit standing or payment compliance.

8. Any request for PO cancellation MUST be made officially to CREATITUDE DESIGN. Acceptance or rejection to the said request is subject to the sole discretion of CREATITUDE DESIGN.

9. Any PO cancellation request made after SEVEN (7) days from the date of PO receipt shall incur a cancellation fee penalty of 30% of the total PO value or such sum(s) as determined appropriate by CREATITUDE DESIGN.

10. CREATITUDE DESIGN reserves the right to append, remove or vary the said Terms & Conditions from time-to-time or at our discretion.
